A non-governmental organization, Sesi Whingan Foundation is set to commission a National Identification Number (NIN) Centre stationed after second Energy Filling Station, Opposite Adunni Plaza at Ibereko, along Badagry Expressway, Badagry, Lagos State.

This was contained in a statement issued by the media team of the Foundation on Monday, 14th June 2021 and made available to the media. The statement established that the Centre has been equipped and has commenced operation already to reduce the registration load on other centres within the Badagry Area, though yet to be commissioned.

According to the report, while some other centres are charging applicants, the centre which has commenced operation is registering people free as many have benefited from the exercise already.

“The centre has begun free registration for residents across the three councils; Badagry West, Badagry Central and Olorunda as many already stormed the centre, realising its registration is absolutely free with zero charges unlike other centres with similar services”.

“Expressing gratitude, some beneficiaries who have benefitted from the free NIN registration were full of praises for Prince Sesi Whingan, saying his foundation has saved them from untold hardship of long queue and exorbitant fees charged by other registration centres. In no distance time, the centre will be officially commissioned”. The statement reads.
