A non-government and non-profit organization in Badagry, Sesi Whingan Foundation says it is dedicating every Thursday of the week to carry out free National Identification Number (NIN) registration for students taking the West Africa Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (WASSCE) following the announcement of NIN as a requirement for the registration of the examination.
This was contained in a statement issued by the Foundation and made available to the media on Friday 19th November 2021.
According to the statement, “Prince Sesi Whingan, through his foundation, the Sesi Whingan Foundation has offered free registration to all prospective WASSCE students in Badagry Federal Constituency; Badagry Central, West and Olorunda Councils free of charge.
“To this end, every Thursday of the week has been dedicated to register only WASCE students at the foundation’s FREE NIN REGISTRATION CENTRE, opposite Adunni Plaza, Ibereko, Olorunda, Badagry Lagos State. Prospective WASCE students from public and private schools across Badagry are urged to visit the centre on the designated date with their uniform or school identification card where applicable”.
Report states that Sesi Whingan Foundation overtime is the only non-profit and non-governmental organization registering residents in Badagry for the National Identification Number, NIN free of charge.
