RAK Foundation Donates Dispatch Motorcycles to Badagry Residents.

The Pioneer, Real Acts of Kindness (RAK) Development foundation, Mr. Mobolaji Ogunlende on Saturday, 26th September 2021 donated two dispatch motorcycles to residents of Badagry to empower them in other to start delivery business.

Presenting the motorcycles to them at the foundation office in Ajara-Vetho, the Pioneer of RAK said, the motivation behind the empowerment is for the beneficiaries to have a sustainable way of generating income to sustain their families, adding that there are lot of people who don’t have a sustainable way of generating income.

“The idea is for them to generate more income, the whole intention is for them to stand on their feet and be able to make something out of nothing.

“Few weeks ago, these people reached out to me and requested from me to come to their aid to see how they can stand on their own feet and support themselves. We discussed on how I will assist them to get motorcycles and today I have decided to take that request a step further.

“The foundation is donating motorcycles to a Youth Organization, Team Badagry West – Ariremako and An individual, Mr. Ojebisi Michael. I have also gone an extra mile to create a dispatch delivery business for them.

“I have spoken and will introduce them to existing business owners who need their services. The market place is also there for them to help people deliver foods and goods to their homes and offices”. He said.

He therefore advised the beneficiaries to make good use of the motorcycles, noting that it is an opportunity that has come to them which many are looking for outside.

“Opportunity comes but once, this is an opportunity that has been presented to you, I implore you to take it very serious and make wise use of them. Make good use of the motorcycles because what you are given today, many people are looking for the opportunity, you are very lucky”. Ogunlende noted.

In his remarks, one of the beneficiaries, Mr. Michael Ojebisi noted that he is overwhelmed by the gift.

“I never expected it when they called me to their office this morning. I am grateful to RAK foundation for giving me the opportunity to start this business. Indeed Ogunlende is a God sent to people of Badagry and its environs and I will forever be grateful to him”. Ojebisi said.

The Team Badagry West spokesperson also thanked Ogunlende and pledged their support to his growth and continuous development in badagry in anyway they can assist.
