The Executive Chairman, Badagry Local Government Area, Lagos State, Mr. Olusegun Onilude has reiterated the commitment of his administration towards synergizing with the military and other law enforcement agencies to maintain peace and orderliness in Badagry and environs.
Mr. Onilude made this known during the courtesy visit of the Nigeria Airforce, led by Air Commodore Raphael Ojo on Wednesday 19th January 2022 at the Council Secretariat.
The Chairman while welcoming the team, stated that the Air Force boss has always been around in Badagry, especially in 2015 when he was posted to Badagry.
He further stressed that his administration will continue to cooperate with the military and law enforcement agencies to maintain the relative peace that Badagry is known for.
Responding, Air Commodore Raphael Ojo pointed out that political administrators are key players in combating terrorism and other crimes in the society, especially in resolving agitations, noting that his visit to the Council boss will strengthen the ties.
