“Having paid visit around to on spots of scenes yesterday and from situation reports gathered, I think Ojo’s case was quite minimal when juxtaposed with Arsons recorded out there in other parts of the state, where only the Ojo police station was ransacked with two of its patrol vans burn down and security men’s valuables taken away by miscreants. Ajangbadi ilemba-hausa police station is intact despite the repelled attempt; also some warehouses of business owners and the Lagos State Agricultural farm inputs centre at Olugbemi estate, Agric bus stop, Ojo was bugled, with State’s raw foods and palliative materials carted away by unlawful burglars. It was a show of sabotage and highly condemnable.”

“It was a myriads and I think the sad occurrence calls for sober among all; be you individuals, private and public institutions, imposing us to retrace our steps, to wright the wrong in the scheme of service and respective duty of care to neighbors, charted with sincerity of purpose.” The chairman said
