Eko Electricity Distribution Company has announced to the general public the cause of power outage in Oko-Afo, Badagry and its environs.
According to them, the power outage was caused by the trip of the Oko-Afo 33kv Feeder to Earth.
This announcement was made known via a post on the company’s Facebook page yesterday 26th October 2020.
“Dear customer, the Oko Afo 33KV feeder tripped on Earth Fault relay indication leading to power outage.
Affected areas include Agbara/Badagry Expressway, parts of Igborosun, Aradagun, Oko Afo, Iyesi, Magbon and environs.
Kindly bear with us as efforts are ongoing to restore supply as soon as possible.” The post reads.
