The Chairman of Ajeromi Ifelodun Local Government Area (LGA), Hon. Fatai Ayoola has called for unity among youths and participation in governance.
Report reveals that the Chairman made this call yesterday, 1st November 2020, in commemoration of the National Youth Day.
While advising youths to be united and participate constructively in governance, Ayoola said, “The civil unrest in the last few weeks has raised urgent concern about youth involvement in governance.”
The Chairman urged the young generation to be united in the presentation of their agitations, noting that government will continue to provide more socio-economic opportunities for them to leverage on.
“Our youths must take advantage of the federal government and Lagos State grants as part of the economic benefit proposed in recent times,” he added.
