The Chairman, Ajeromi-Ifelodun Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Mr. Fatai Ayoola, has conducted an inspection tour on the construction work at Ibafon and Kudaisi Streets in Apapa area of the LCDA recently.
This was made known in a press release issued by Fakunle Sheriff from the Office of the Executive Chairman on Tuesday 6th October 2020.
“While we appreciate level of works carried out here, we hope these roads shall be completed in due time.” Hon. Ayoola said.
“The Council mayor upon inspection expect the contractors to intensify efforts towards completion of the road in due time.
“Ongoing works on Ibafon street includes sand filling after culverts and drain channels had been constructed.
Interlocking paving stones have been laid on parts of Kudaisi Street which houses Cedec School.
“Nise Street, which shares boundary with Ibafon and Kudaisi Streets have been detailed by the council chairman for reconstruction as part of his administration’s drive towards inner roads interlink in the LGA.” The statement reads.
