A Non-Governmental Organization targeted toward youth empowerment, Brahmz Afrique Youth Empowerment Foundation (BAYEF) on Saturday, 11th September 2021 celebrated its 10years anniversary of service to humanity with the theme: “From Human to Humanity; Path to Societal Development”.

Speaking during the ceremony & awarding exercise, the Guest Speaker, Mr. Omali Ojoarome stated that the way humanity is treated matters a lot. He added that human being should be treated with compassion in the day-to-day existence as our comment has the capacity of making or marring people’s life.

“The way we treat people matters a whole lot, you have not really started living until you are humane and being humane means being compassionate to people. We have neglected one of the most valuable substances which is love and this is what this NGO is all about.

“The Holy Books, Quran and the Bible preach love, if you practice any of this religion, you should make sure that love becomes part of the major tool you will live by. Love should not be based on what the person can give but your reward is from God”. He stressed.

Also speaking, the Founder of the NGO, Mr. Okeme Kelvin stated that the NGO started when they were in secondary school, with the passion to impact humanity, noting that in their naivety, people rally round to support and motivate them, which has being a source of encouragement in the journey thus far.
